We were excited to meet one of our valued customers to our factory on September 25th, where we had a productive and inspiring discussion about new product development and sample improvements for baseball bag. This face-to-face visit gave us the perfect opportunity to exchange ideas, dive deeper into product details, and explore fresh solutions tailored to our customer’s needs.
During the visit, the customer shared valuable feedback focused on lightweight construction and a fixed divider design — two key features to enhance both functionality and user experience. Our R&D and sampling team responded immediately, leveraging our in-house sample room to create and demonstrate solutions on the spot.
One major improvement born from this collaboration was the material upgrade: we replaced the traditional 2mm PP board with a 3mm honeycomb board. This innovative change delivers a stronger yet lighter structure, offering enhanced durability and improved overall performance while keeping the design sleek and efficient.
